Therapeutic Clinical Services
Licensed clinical services are provided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker using evidence-based, person-centered approaches. Services are offered through both individual and clinician-led group formats, allowing care to be tailored to individual needs, preferences, and goals.

Confidential, one-on-one therapeutic support focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, life transitions, and psychological well-being.

Therapeutic Group Services
Clinician-led groups that provide structured, supportive environments for connection, skill development, and shared learning. Group formats allow participants to build emotional awareness and coping strategies while benefiting from peer support in a safe, professionally guided setting.

Groups are an integrated component of therapeutic services and are offered alongside individual therapy based on clinical appropriateness and client preference.
