At 3JA Therapeutic Behavioral & Community Services, PLLC, we believe in transparency, ethical practice, and clear communication around fees and billing. The information below is provided to help clients understand how therapeutic services are priced and how billing is handled.
Therapeutic Clinical Services (Private Pay)
The following fees apply only to licensed therapeutic services provided to individuals and groups.
Fees & Billing
Therapeutic Individual Therapy

$125 per session

Sessions are approximately 50 minutes

Individual therapy sessions are clinician-led and tailored to support emotional regulation, coping strategies, life transitions, and overall psychological well-being.

Therapeutic Group Services

$75–$100 per session, depending on group type

Sessions are approximately 50 minutes

Group therapy fees vary based on group population, structure, and size. All groups are facilitated by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Insurance & Out-of-Network Reimbursement
3JA Therapeutic Behavioral & Community Services, PLLC does not participate as an in-network provider with insurance plans.

However, some clients may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement, depending on their insurance benefits.

Clients may request a detailed receipt (superbill) for therapeutic services rendered.

Superbills can be submitted directly to insurance companies for potential reimbursement.

Reimbursement is determined solely by the insurance carrier and is not guaranteed.

Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider to inquire about out-of-network mental health benefits prior to beginning services.
Payment & Billing

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Billing and documentation are managed through a secure client portal to protect privacy and confidentiality.

Accepted payment methods and portal access details are provided during intake.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To ensure availability and fairness, the following policy applies to therapeutic services:

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee equal to the session fee.

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged the full session fee.

Missed group sessions or late cancellations for group therapy are not eligible for refunds.

Exceptions for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Late cancellation and no-show fees are not billable to insurance.
Behavioral Support, Community & Provider Services
Fees & Billing
Behavioral support services, community consultation, provider support, and educational services are not billed using standard session fees.

These services are:

Typically contracted or project-based

Priced based on scope, duration, setting, and organizational needs
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Fees and billing arrangements are discussed after service needs are reviewed to ensure appropriate scope and alignment. For consultative and provider services, pricing is determined based on organizational needs and service complexity.
